We start with the building, existing heating plant, emitter system, supply capacity and operating hours.

HEG develops a survey-led design conversation around output, controls, hot water, phasing and the site’s practical requirements.

Installation planning is agreed around site access and continuity needs, followed by commissioning, monitoring and support.
