Qualifying work

Every project remains survey-led. A referral does not change the technical checks, suitability process or the customer’s freedom to choose.
Solar
A complete HEG solar installation, designed and installed for the referred customer’s home.
Battery Storage
A qualifying home battery-storage installation, including a survey-led system design.
Heat Pumps
A qualifying HEG heat-pump installation, subject to the usual survey and project process.
Not included: EV charger installations and Battery Add-ons.
The important details
Clear terms before anyone shares a code.
Referrers and referred customers must be aged 18 or over.
The code must be entered in the referred customer’s own first enquiry and is valid for 12 months from that enquiry.
Solar, Battery Storage and Heat Pump installations can qualify. EV chargers and Battery Add-ons are excluded.
Self-referrals, existing or duplicate leads, cancelled or unpaid work, and incompatible combined promotions do not qualify.
Eligibility is confirmed by HEG after installation and final payment. No reward is due until those steps are complete.
