How this product family fits into a system
A Hanchu Gateway can form part of a compatible storage design where backup power is required. It does not create a blanket promise that every appliance or the whole property will run during an outage.
The practical backup scope depends on the compatible controller and battery system, the selected circuits, starting loads, protection, installation arrangement and the agreed design. HEG explains the proposed arrangement before work begins.
