Build from one battery family
Choose a 3.68kWh, 5.12kWh, 9.4kWh or 16kWh Hanchu battery family. Future expansion uses that same family, giving the system a clear starting point.

Space to scale
3.68kW, 5kW and 6kW controllers can support up to 16 same-family batteries; 7kW, 8kW and 10kW controllers support up to eight with a compatible combiner arrangement. Public package prices show up to eight batteries.

Power that fits the controller
3.68kW, 5kW and 6kW controller routes can charge a compatible battery system at up to 5kW; their stated discharge capability is 3.68kW, 5kW and 5kW respectively. 7kW, 8kW and 10kW routes are matched to their stated ratings.

12-year Hanchu warranty
Every Hanchu battery package shown by HEG includes a 12-year manufacturer warranty and a 5-year insurance-backed guarantee.

Shadow Scan and Octopus-ready features
Applicable Hanchu 7–10kW hybrid models include Shadow Scan and compatible Auto Octopus tariff functionality. HEG confirms the selected controller and configuration at survey.
