The Hanchu Gateway is a survey-led addition for compatible Hanchu battery systems. It is designed around the home’s electrical arrangement, the loads you want supported and a practical backup plan.
What to expect
Backup is a planned part of a compatible battery system.
It is not automatically included with every battery. HEG checks your system compatibility, desired circuits and electrical design before confirming the arrangement.
Up to 5kW backup
The Gateway can be assessed for up to 5kW of whole-home backup power, subject to the final design.
£995 installed addition
The Hanchu Gateway is a £995 installed add-on where the selected system and survey support it.

Choose a battery system first, then add a backup discussion.
The battery tool only presents backup when a compatible battery system has been selected. HEG then confirms the practical detail at survey.
